• Check-in: From 3pm, although I can often make it available earlier. Just ask.

• Check-out: 10am

• Non-smoking. (Can smoke outside)

• No dogs

• No parties although respectful visitors are welcome until 10pm

• Quiet after 10pm

• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation is accepted up to 7 days before your check in date.   The refund will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation.
